Acceptance of Terms By using EgyZone platform ("the Platform") and our website www.egyzoneeg.com , our application, and our services (referred to as "the Services"), you agree to these terms. Return Procedures: Contact customer service We will provide return instructions Product is inspected upon receipt D. Refund: Refund is processed within 14 days from receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refund method is the same as the original payment method. If the return is due to (product defect or non-conformity), the Seller/Platform bears the full shipping cost and the customer receives a full refund. If the return is due to (change of mind) within 14 days, the customer receives the full product value, and the [Platform/Seller] bears the return shipping cost according to the Platform's policy. 9. Prohibited Conduct You are prohibited from: Using Services for unlawful purposes Attempting to hack the Platform Posting offensive content Impersonating any person Collecting user data without permission Using automated programs Purchasing products for commercial resale without permission 12. Termination of Agreement A. Your Termination: You may stop using Services anytime You may close your account B. Our Termination: We reserve the right to suspend your account for violations We will notify you except in cases of serious violations C.
